Fokker Services Group wanted a more efficient process for checking invoices. Invoice amounts on invoices were not always correct, so each invoice was checked manually. We developed an AI model that automatically predicts the expected invoice amount based on work delivered and compares it to the actual amount. Large discrepancies are immediately highlighted in a dashboard, so employees only need to check the exceptions. The result: 50% fewer manual checks and a faster approval process and structurally fewer errors.
