Harman wanted to make the submission selection process for international award campaigns fairer, more consistent and scalable. Manually reviewing thousands of submissions was time-consuming and did not always result in a good, fair assessment. So we developed a data-driven selection process with GenAI and LLM technology that evaluates submissions objectively and reproducibly. This allows large numbers of submissions to be selected the same way, while saving the marketing team significant time and allowing them to easily scale campaigns to a growing international fan base.
