The goal-driven data solution
Ammega’s goal was to gain better insight into their business processes and get the current situation under control.
To achieve this, we developed several Power BI dashboards and a Power BI app. By working closely with stakeholders across the organization, we were able to quickly develop customized solutions that met the specific information needs of the various departments, including management, planning and finance. As a result, we went from a situation where we were blindly steering to one of improved and new insights. This has resulted in less manual work, fewer separate Excel files, everything in one place through the Power BI app and most importantly, one source of truth. Now it’s time to turn these insights into action!
