The goal-driven data solution
Fokker wanted to schedule maintenance more intelligently to maximize asset availability. The existing ERP system provided insufficient support to effectively align maintenance activities with available capacity, maintenance requirements and operational planning. This led to inefficient schedules, a lot of manual work and limited control over resource utilization. We therefore developed an advanced planning tool that brings together data from various sources and uses optimization algorithms to automatically generate the most efficient schedule. As a result, maintenance teams can plan ahead better, adjust faster and the availability of assets is structurally increased.
Despite the growing size and complexity of the project, the developers remained involved and solution-oriented with us. Because of this collaboration, we now have a specialized tool that we can confidently count on every day.
