About the workshop

VNG emphasizes that municipalities must actively manage their digital future: technology must be deployed with public values, transparency and human direction. Our Responsible AI workshop helps municipalities concretely translate that vision into policy and practice in a responsible way.

We bring together policy, implementation and information management around the three core ambitions of the Digital Agenda Municipalities 2028:

1. Standards & democratize: safely anticipating new technology, fundamental digital rights and ethics.
2. Harnessing opportunities: Overview of laws and regulations and discover where opportunities and risks lie within your municipalities.
3. Enabling: how will you responsibly exploit your opportunities?
