About the program

In this intensive program, you will be trained by Data Science Lab to become a full-fledged data engineer. During the program, you will learn all the essential skills and techniques you need to develop and implement robust, scalable data solutions. You will receive hands-on training and guidance from experienced data engineers at Data Science Lab. We also offer you the opportunity to earn valuable certifications in engineering. You will work directly at Fokker as a data engineer, where Data Science Lab consultants also work. So you are never alone.

What will you learn?

You will be working on such things as:

• Data Build Tool (DBT).

• Data modeling

• Databricks

• Terraform

• Ingestion tooling (Airbyte).

• CI/CD & deployment

• Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform

What to expect.

• Hands-on training: Learn the latest technologies, tools and best practices in data engineering.

• Practical Experience: Work on innovative projects and build a solid foundation for purposeful data solutions.

• Theoretical foundation: Obtain certifications to increase your knowledge.

• Guidance: Receive support from experienced data engineers who will coach and guide you during your learning journey.

Who we are looking for

You have experience as a data professional (at least 2 years) and have basic knowledge of Python, SQL and Git. You have an interest in databases and ETL tools, but most importantly a willingness to learn and acquire new skills.
