As a data scientist at DSL, you will deal with data (analysis) & AI within various organizations, large or small.
Your responsibilities include accessing, structuring and analyzing (un)structured data.
You will create models, using algorithms and various software.
We find it important that you develop yourself.
Together with your manager you look at your own development path.
There are plenty of opportunities to grow within DSL.
Your curiosity and entrepreneurship will contribute to these opportunities.
You will work in an environment where you can realize your own ideas or contribute to innovative internal projects.

What do we expect from you?

Of course, you have a passion for data!
You are someone who is entrepreneurial and eager to take on projects.
Furthermore, we find it important that you:

• completed a WO degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Science, Artificial Intelligence and at least 2 years of work experience as a data scientist (if you have less experience but can argue why you are the ideal new colleague, feel free to contact us);
• Have gained experience with the programming languages R or Python;
• Machine learning knowledge;
• Have perseverance and be creative;
• enjoys consulting and enjoys sitting around the table to help different clients move forward;
• Have good communication skills in Dutch;
• Are willing to travel throughout the Netherlands.
