We are looking for a Digital Growth Marketer to take our online visibility to the next level. As a Data & AI consultancy, we are naturally looking for someone who likes to make decisions based on data rather than gut feeling. You are constantly making strategic choices, such as determining which channels and campaigns yield the most qualified leads, which content best appeals to our target audience, and which optimizations contribute directly to conversion. With your experience in the B2B sector (pré), you make our content and website irresistible to our target audience. You know how to attract visitors, stimulate interaction and convert leads using smart marketing strategies that you test, analyze and improve. You will work within the brand & marketing team. Together with our Head of Brand, you’ll work closely with our sales team. They can’t wait for your analyses and conversions.

What will you do?

• Develop and implement SEO/SEA strategies to improve our online findability.
• Create relevant, impactful content (in collaboration with our content team) to increase traffic and engagement.
• Apply conversion optimization: you turn landing pages, blogs and campaigns, into effective tools for lead generation.
• Set up, test and optimize marketing campaigns with a focus on measurable and realistic KPIs.
• Perform data analysis and share insights with our commercial team to pursue new opportunities.

About you

• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Expertise in SEO/SEA, conversion optimization and marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads and A/B testing tools.
• Experience with content marketing and digital channels.
• An analytical, proactive, creative and independent work style.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Eye for detail and focus on results.
