For PostNL, we developed Dex: a self-learning chatbot. This has created a single central point for employees to easily ask their questions. Dex is integrated with existing systems within PostNL, eliminating the need to store and maintain the knowledge base in multiple locations. This way, more than 750 questions can be answered, increasing internal productivity. Employees with a problem or question save valuable time, and service desk staff can focus on more complex issues. It’s an absolute win-win!
