The goal-driven data solution

At GVB a lot of maintenance work is done on streetcars, buses and subways.
Planning this is challenging and time-consuming.
Think of external hiring of personnel, holidays and different types of planning activities.
The Rail Equipment Department wants insight into the anomalous logged hours (anomalies).
Through our anomaly detection model, there is now insight at the project level into productivity, completeness of hours, overtime hours and sick leave.
This allows more effective planning per project with better staff utilization.

“Nice to see how a relatively simple solution quickly delivers a lot of value!”
