The goal-driven data solution
The Virtual Assistant is a tool for all NFZ member pharmacists. It contains information from NFZ contracts with health insurers, supplemented by useful information for pharmacists and assistants. Previously, there was the annual pharmacy booklet with key information, but it could change throughout the year. With the Virtual Assistant, all information stays current. The pharmacists spend less time staying up-to-date and therefore have more time for the patient at the counter.
