The goal-driven data solution
The Virtual Assistant is a tool for all affiliated NFZ pharmacists. It contains information from NFZ contracts with health insurers, along with useful information for pharmacists and their assistants. Previously, there was an annual pharmacy booklet with essential information, but this could change throughout the year. With the Virtual Assistant, all information remains up-to-date. Pharmacists spend less time staying informed and, as a result, have more time for patients at the counter.
