The goal-driven data solution
The Virtual Assistant is a tool for all affiliated NFZ pharmacists.
It contains information from NFZ contracts with health insurers, supplemented with useful information for pharmacists and assistants.
Previously, there was the annual pharmacy booklet with the most important information, but this could change throughout the year.
With the Virtual Assistant, all information remains current.
The pharmacists spend less time staying up-to-date and therefore have more time for the patient at the counter.
