The goal-driven data solution

An important core task is maintaining and renewing the infrastructure for ships, such as berths. This is a considerable challenge in a port area where space is limited. Together with Port of Amsterdam, we developed a smart tool that measures and visualizes the historical use of berths. With these insights, policymakers can make informed decisions about increasing or reducing the number of berths for specific types of vessels. Thanks to our collaboration, these decisions can now be based on data rather than intuition alone.
