Improved and new insights into business processes and finances

Ammega wanted a clearer view of its business processes and to get the current situation under control. To achieve this, we developed several Power BI dashboards and a Power BI app. By working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, we were able to quickly develop bespoke solutions that met the specific information needs of different departments, including management, planning and finance. The result is a shift from making decisions without a clear picture to working with improved and new insights. This has meant less manual work, fewer separate Excel files, everything in one place through the Power BI app and, above all, a single source of truth. Now it is time to turn these insights into action!
