Our solution,

The Virtual Assistant is a tool for all pharmacists affiliated with NFZ. It contains information from NFZ contracts with health insurers, alongside useful information for pharmacists and pharmacy assistants. Previously, the key information was published in an annual pharmacy booklet, but it could change during the year. With the Virtual Assistant, all the information stays up to date. Pharmacists spend less time keeping up with changes, giving them more time for patients at the counter.

The NFZ Virtual Assistant has significantly improved our clients’ workflow. Its accurate information and ease of use, made possible in part by our close collaboration with DSL’s developers, have made it an indispensable part of our clients’ daily work.
