Paris Proof platform
Take control of energy use and make your buildings more sustainable.
From fragmented consumption data to a targeted roadmap for your building portfolio.
Trusted by leading organisations
Why we built this,
Many organisations know how much energy their buildings use in total, but not where unnecessary consumption occurs. Information about building systems, energy performance and potential measures is often scattered across different systems and reports.
At the same time, requirements for non-residential buildings are becoming stricter. Since 1 January 2026, the GACS requirement has applied to non-residential buildings with heating or air-conditioning systems rated above 290 kW. From 1 January 2030, this threshold will fall to 70 kW. As a result, more property owners need to determine which buildings are covered and what they need to do to comply. RVO confirms these thresholds and effective dates.
The Paris Proof platform gives you a clear view of your buildings’ energy consumption and technical condition. You can see where opportunities to save energy lie and which measures fit your sustainability goals.
What you can expect,
One overview of your building portfolio
We bring together relevant information about your buildings. This lets you compare energy consumption and see which buildings need further investigation or action.
It gives you a sound basis for investment decisions, maintenance plans and the path to Paris Proof.
From insight to concrete measures
Insight into energy consumption alone is not enough. The platform helps you identify opportunities to save energy and assess whether measures are technically and financially feasible.
You can see:
- Energy consumption per building
- Deviations and potential efficiency losses
- The technical condition of relevant systems
- Potential energy-saving measures
- The investment required and expected payback period for each measure
Support with the GACS requirement
We help you identify which buildings may be subject to the GACS requirement. We then map out what is already in place and what improvements may be needed.
This helps you avoid treating the legislation as a separate compliance issue and connect the necessary measures to broader sustainability goals.
Our approach,
-
Start with a QuickScan
We start with a focused assessment of your buildings, installations and available energy data. This helps us identify where the greatest potential for savings lies and which buildings need attention first.
-
From analysis to a sustainability plan
Using the available data, we identify potential measures and priorities. We look not only at energy consumption, but also at technical feasibility, investment costs and payback periods.
The result is a plan that fits your building portfolio and sustainability goals. -
Expand where it makes sense
You can start with one building or a selection from your portfolio. If the approach provides useful insights, you can extend the platform to other locations.
This lets you work step by step towards ongoing energy monitoring and better-informed planning of sustainability measures.
Not a one-off energy report, but a lasting foundation for making your buildings more sustainable in a targeted way.
Start with insights into one building or part of your portfolio, then expand where it makes sense.

From pilot to production: why most AI projects stall

Responsible AI: from principles to practice
AI is developing rapidly. New models emerge almost every week, and more and more organisations are experimenting with AI.

Frequently asked questions,
The platform brings together relevant information about your buildings’ energy consumption and technical condition. This gives you a clearer picture of potential efficiency losses, opportunities to save energy and measures that need further investigation. The information available depends on your buildings, their systems and your data sources.
Yes, the platform is designed to provide insights across a portfolio of buildings. You can start with one building or a defined selection and then expand. This lets you compare buildings and determine where measures are most urgent or promising.
The platform can help you catalogue buildings, their systems and relevant energy data. This gives you insight into what is in place and what improvements may be needed. Whether a building legally meets all GACS requirements depends on its specific circumstances and must be assessed separately.
An overview of consumption shows how much energy a building uses, but it does not automatically explain what causes deviations or which measure is appropriate. To do that, you need to connect energy data with building systems, how the building is used and technical feasibility. Only then can you prioritise measures effectively.
GACS focuses on monitoring, analysing and adjusting the energy use of technical building systems. The associated inventory can also provide insights for broader sustainability plans. This allows you to weigh up necessary changes and long-term goals as part of a single plan.
