The challenge,
Our client wanted to help football agents identify new talent and present players to clubs in a data-driven way. The PlayerHub had been developed for this purpose: a central platform for relevant player information.
The existing prototype provided a good starting point but was not yet suitable for daily use. The next step was a stable application that fitted the agents’ way of working and allowed for further development.
Our solution,
Working with the client, we developed the PlayerHub into a production-ready application. The platform gives agents faster access to relevant player information, helping them find football talent and support their player presentations to clubs with evidence.
We focused on both the technical foundations and how the platform would be used in practice. The result is a stable, scalable platform that agents can use in their daily work.
The approach,
We combined UX/UI and functional design with software development and cloud architecture in Azure. Throughout, we focused on how the PlayerHub could support agents in their work.
Our specialists worked closely together on the application’s usability and technical reliability. By addressing security, code reviews and production readiness, we made the platform suitable for daily use. At the same time, we laid a foundation the client can build on, including with future AI features.
