The challenge,
SEG wanted to help football agents identify new talent and present players to clubs using data. It had developed the PlayerHub for this purpose: a central platform for relevant player information.
The existing prototype provided a good foundation but was not yet suitable for daily use. The next step was to build a stable application that fitted the way agents work and could be developed further.
Our solution,
Working with SEG, we developed the PlayerHub into a production-ready application. The platform gives agents quicker access to relevant player information. This helps them find football talent and back up their player presentations to clubs.
We focused on both the technical foundation and practical use. The result is a stable, scalable platform that agents can use in their day-to-day work.
The approach,
We combined UX/UI and functional design with software development and cloud architecture in Azure. Throughout, we focused on how the PlayerHub could support agents in their work.
Our specialists worked closely together to improve the application’s usability and technical reliability. By focusing on security, code reviews and production readiness, we made the platform suitable for daily use. We also laid a foundation that SEG can build on, including with future AI features.
