Why we built this,

Company data is often spread across ERP, CRM, financial and operational systems. As a result, reporting takes a lot of manual work, and departments do not always work with the same figures.

A central data platform can solve this, but building it is only the first step. Data sources change, integrations need to keep working, and data quality needs to be monitored. That requires ongoing technical management.

With the DSL Managed Dataplatform, we bring data from different systems together in one managed environment. This creates a reliable foundation for dashboards, analyses and AI applications.

What you can expect,

One central foundation for your business data

We make relevant data from different operational systems accessible and bring it together in one data platform. This creates a shared foundation for reporting and analysis.

You don’t need to connect every available data source straight away. We start with the sources needed to address a specific question, then expand the platform as needed.

From inconsistent definitions to reliable information

A central platform only delivers value when it’s clear what the data means and who is responsible for it. That’s why we pay attention to data quality, definitions and ownership.

You get a foundation for:

  • Reports based on the same data
  • Dashboards for operational and strategic decision-making
  • Analysis across different parts of your organisation
  • AI applications that need reliable data

Ongoing technical management

We manage the technical environment and monitor whether data flows continue to work. This makes problems with connections or data processing visible sooner.

Not everyone has the time and resources to set up and manage a data platform themselves. We make sure your data platform and data are always secure and up to date.

Ready-made building blocks help us set up a data platform quickly.

You get an efficient, flexible and, above all, secure data platform in the Netherlands.

Get started quickly, without high set-up costs, for a fixed monthly price.

Expand it with modules for:

  • New data sources
  • New BI use cases (dashboards)
  • New machine learning/AI use cases
  • The ability to query data yourself (via SQL)
  • A Genie agent for ‘conversational analytics’
  • Other agents, such as a ‘customer service agent’

Our approach,

  1. Start with a specific application

We first determine which report, analysis or AI application needs the platform. Then we map the relevant data sources and definitions.

This way, we don't build a broad platform without a clear application. We build a foundation that's used from the outset.

  2. Set up the platform and data flows

We set up the environment and build the data flows that process information from the selected systems. We take data quality, access management and future expansion into account.

  3. Manage and expand as needed

Once the platform is in use, we continue to monitor and maintain it. When systems or information needs change, the environment can be adapted accordingly.

New data sources, dashboards, analyses and AI applications can then be added on the same foundation.

Not a technical foundation that stands still after delivery, but a managed data platform that grows with your organisation.

We build and manage the platform so your organisation can put the data to use.

Frequently asked questions,

The platform is suitable for organisations that want to use data from multiple systems for reporting, analysis or AI, but do not have all the technical expertise they need in-house. The exact setup depends on the data sources, the existing environment and the applications the organisation wants to start with.

No. We prefer to start with the sources needed for one specific application. This keeps the initial setup manageable and provides a useful foundation sooner. Other systems and applications can be connected to the same platform later.

DSL can handle the technical management of the data platform and data flows. This may include monitoring, maintenance and support with changes. We agree in advance exactly which tasks the service covers.

Storing data does not automatically make it usable. A data platform needs to process data, maintain consistent definitions and make information reliably available. Access controls, monitoring and responsibilities also need to be put in place. Only then does the platform provide a useful foundation for data and AI.

Not every AI application needs a comprehensive data platform from the outset. Every application does, however, need reliable and accessible data. By starting with one specific application, we can determine what technical foundation it needs and avoid building a larger platform than necessary.
