Content & Marketing Specialist (24 hours per week)

Marketing
  • Amsterdam, NL
  • Full-time

At Data Science Lab, we’re looking for a hands-on Content & Marketing Specialist for three days a week. Someone who keeps our marketing channels up to date, creates content and works well with our sales, strategy and podcast teams.

We already have a clear visual identity, plenty of expertise and many interesting stories to tell. You’ll help us make those stories visible and keep our marketing activities running smoothly.

What will you do?

  • Website and client case studies: You’ll keep our website up to date and make sure new client case studies and articles are created and added.

  • LinkedIn and thought leadership: You’ll create and publish LinkedIn posts and help colleagues turn their knowledge and ideas into engaging content.

  • Content planning: You’ll create and manage the content calendar, working with the sales, strategy and podcast teams to decide what content is needed and when.

  • CRM and lead tracking: You’ll check that leads from the website, LinkedIn, events and other channels are recorded correctly and labelled appropriately in our CRM.

  • Newsletter: You’ll gather topics, put the newsletter together and send it out through Hubspot.

  • Events and webinars: You’ll help organise, communicate, promote and follow up on events and webinars.

  • Sales support: You’ll help give proposals, presentations and other sales materials a professional finish using our existing visual identity and templates.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have experience in content marketing, marketing communications or a similar role.

  • You write and speak Dutch well and can present information clearly and engagingly.

  • You’re comfortable using AI tools to create and edit content more quickly.

  • You’re comfortable using existing templates, brand guidelines and tools such as PowerPoint and Canva.

  • You’re organised, independent, creative and able to keep track of several activities at once.

  • You enjoy working with different colleagues and gathering information from them.

  • You have experience with LinkedIn, websites and email marketing.

  • You understand how marketing and sales work together and can handle CRM data carefully.

  • An interest in technology, data & AI or B2B services is a plus, as is knowledge of Hubspot.

Why Data Science Lab?

You’ll join an entrepreneurial organisation where plenty of interesting things are happening in data & AI.

You’ll have plenty of freedom to organise your own work, collaborate directly with different teams and use our existing brand guidelines, templates and podcast studio.

We’re not looking for a theoretical marketer, but someone who enjoys getting things done and makes sure our marketing is visible, up to date and professional.
