As a Data & AI Delivery Consultant, you will be responsible for the successful realization of data and AI projects at our clients. You move at the intersection of business, technology and execution. You understand where an organization wants to go, but more importantly, you make sure we actually get there.

You are the point of contact for clients and take the lead in execution. You structure, manage teams and ensure that projects are delivered predictably and successfully. From initial request to go live and adoption, you keep the overview and ensure delivery.

In addition to delivery, you will think along with clients about opportunities and help realize follow-up assignments. You build relationships and keep clients coming back because projects run well and deliver results.

Your result areas

Delivery: You are responsible for the successful delivery of data and AI projects. You manage project teams, monitor progress, quality and budget and ensure that agreements are met.

Project management: You bring structure to projects, keep an overview and make sure everyone knows what needs to be done. You easily switch between stakeholders and teams.

Business needs: You understand what the customer needs and translate this into concrete actions and solutions that can be realized.

Stakeholder management: You keep all stakeholders engaged, managed expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the process.

Account Development: You will build on relationships and identify opportunities for new projects or expansions.

Trusted advisor: You constantly check that we are doing the right things and that the project is actually delivering value to the client.

About you

• You have an affinity for data & AI and want to make a concrete impact with this;

• You have experience managing projects (preferably within data/IT/consultancy);

• You are energized by providing structure, managing teams and getting things done;

• You are communicatively strong and easily interact with different stakeholders;

• Experience with customer contact and/or commercial processes is a plus;

• Good command of the Dutch language, both written and oral.
