Compiled by
Data Science Lab. We put ourselves at number 1; that is the only position that does not follow from the rules below.
Reference date
29 October 2026. All information comes from the Celonis partner directory and the consultancies’ websites as they appeared on that date.
Candidates
The 96 Dutch data and AI consultancies tracked by Data Science Lab, plus 32 partners in the Celonis partner directory that mention the Netherlands (checked on 29 October 2026; six others were already among the 96): 128 in total.
Eligible if
The consultancy has an address in the Netherlands, offers process mining on a dedicated page of its own website, and names at least one client or project on that page; a logo does not count. This applied to 14 of the 128. Data Science Lab does not have its own process mining page and appears at number 1 only because we compiled this list.
Ranking
As the compiler, Data Science Lab is ranked number 1 and presents its own services first. The remaining consultancies are ranked by the number of dedicated service pages they have for the four scenarios in the decision guide; ties are broken alphabetically.
Decision guide
Only a dedicated service page counts, including for Data Science Lab; a mention, case study or tile does not. Celonis: a page that names Celonis in its title or heading and offers Celonis services (not a news item about the partnership). Signavio: a page that names SAP Signavio in its title or heading and analyses processes using SAP data. UiPath: a page that names UiPath in its title or heading and mentions process mining or task mining in the text. Improvement: a dedicated page on process improvement, process optimisation, operational excellence or Lean (not training or a page about automation).
Scenarios
We started with Celonis, SAP Signavio, Microsoft and process improvement. ‘Process mining in Power Automate’ was dropped because too few consultancies met the criteria: 0 of the 14. ‘Task mining in the workplace’ was dropped for the same reason: 0 of the 14. ‘From analysis to automation with UiPath’ (2 of the 14) took its place. Whether Data Science Lab had a page for a scenario played no part in that decision.
Also considered
We checked international partners from the directory on their Dutch or global websites. They were not counted if we could not find an address in the Netherlands, a named client or a dedicated process mining page, or if the website blocked our checks. Consultancies that only automate processes, only provide training or only supply software do not belong on this list.

Frequently asked questions
A process mining consultancy extracts the traces that each step of a process leaves in systems such as SAP, Oracle or Salesforce. This shows how the process actually works: the routes it takes, where it detours and where delays occur. Good consultancies also help with what comes next: redesigning the process and continuing to measure whether it improves.
Data Science Lab compiled this list and presents its own services first. We compare the other consultancies using their own service pages for the four scenarios. Look at their specialisms and examples of their work to decide which consultancy fits your project.
Start with your situation: do you use Celonis, want to document and analyse processes in SAP Signavio, want to automate with UiPath after the analysis, or need help improving processes? The selection guide shows which consultancies offer a dedicated service for each. For almost every consultancy, the examples of completed work link to a case study on its own website.
Process mining looks at the sequence of steps in a single process, such as a purchase order or an application, and shows where it deviates or gets held up. Data analytics answers broader questions using figures, for example about customers, website visits or revenue. If that is what you need, see the best data analytics consultancies.
Mainly Celonis: 8 of the 14 consultancies included have a dedicated page for it. Two have a page for SAP Signavio, and two combine process mining with UiPath. We found no dedicated page for process mining in Microsoft Power Automate among the 14. The selection guide shows who offers what.
We first map how work gets done and where it gets held up, then identify where automation or AI can add value. We do not offer process mining as a separate service. Read more about business workflow automation at Data Science Lab.
